Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Programmatic/DSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale client requests and communication
- Partner with internal teams to provide actionable insights and detailed reporting on campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing Account Management, Customer Success, or Media Planning role
- BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar education
- Understanding of interactive media planning and campaign success metrics
- Experience in an interactive agency or consulting environment, preferably supporting Health and Wellness campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Analytics
