Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement teams in proposing value-added services and contribute to revenue growth
- Manage consulting engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and communication
- Develop strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Ten+ years in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CIA preferred
- Experience in public accounting or publicly traded companies preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls practices
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; Master's degree desired
- Proven ability to coach and mentor engagement teams
