Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams in proposing value-added services and contribute to revenue growth
• Manage consulting engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and communication
• Develop strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CIA preferred
• Experience in public accounting or publicly traded companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls practices
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; Master's degree desired
• Proven ability to coach and mentor engagement teams
