Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Accounts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned book of business, including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims
- Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various communication methods
- Maintain agency management software and stay updated on industry changes to better serve clients
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Insurance License
- Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets
- Experience with a client management system; AMS360 preferred
- Experience with Excel and Word
