Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Customer Specialist to support multi-million-dollar strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the health and success of assigned strategic accounts by driving internal processes aligned with service level agreements
- Serve as a trusted partner for day-to-day contract activities across large, high-impact accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or contract administration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations and contract processes preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
