A company is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their Venture & Financial Alliances team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and ensure successful service delivery
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and account performance monitoring
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements
- Experience in the life sciences VC and/or private equity sectors is beneficial
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
