Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract negotiations
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement while driving joint success plans
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise level Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Management in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and driving customer retention
  • Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms
