Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with assigned partners to understand their goals and support their customers
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract negotiations
- Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement while driving joint success plans
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise level Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Management in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of managing renewals and driving customer retention
- Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms
