Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Building Specialist responsible for building and maintaining plan benefits for new and existing groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and account management teams by ensuring the accuracy of benefits during new client implementations and renewals
- Configure benefits in claims processing systems and generate benefits summaries for internal and external use
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and audit plans built by teammates
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare field, with a preference for claims or benefits experience
- Experience with self-funded health plans is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of medical billing and coding and/or medical claims processing
- QicLink experience is preferred
