Plan Building Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Building Specialist responsible for building and maintaining plan benefits for new and existing groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and account management teams by ensuring the accuracy of benefits during new client implementations and renewals
• Configure benefits in claims processing systems and generate benefits summaries for internal and external use
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and audit plans built by teammates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare field, with a preference for claims or benefits experience
• Experience with self-funded health plans is strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of medical billing and coding and/or medical claims processing
• QicLink experience is preferred
