Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Representative, Molecular Biology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer service operations, addressing inquiries, order placements, and technical support
• Provide technical advice to customers, interpreting their requirements and aligning them with business capabilities
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and attend trade shows for technical presentations

Main Requirements:

• Master's Degree in relevant life science fields such as cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Proficiency in any Nordic languages is a plus
• Strong presentation skills with a focus on technical content
• Customer-focused and proactive; previous industry experience is advantageous but not essential
