Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers
- Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and assist clients in achieving business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and manage the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)
- Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
- Deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana
