Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general client relations and daily oversight for accounts
- Conduct client meetings and prepare presentations, including minutes of meetings
- Deliver insights and metrics during client meetings and ensure proactive follow-ups for client needs
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client relations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience with e-commerce, marketing, customer support, or call center roles is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
- Strong skills in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications
