Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a replicable client success strategy to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Manage client health system to maintain an average client health score of 90% or higher
- Lead the team to achieve revenue growth through account renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Client Success leadership role
- 2+ years in the Managed Charging / Demand Response space
- Deep understanding of client success and operations fundamentals
- Ability to create strategic account plans and navigate a sales pipeline
- Strong knowledge of the Managed Charging / Demand Response industry
