Client Delivery Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive who will lead the delivery of services to specific accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services while meeting performance and quality standards
• Establish and maintain communication channels with clients and delivery teams, conducting regular performance reviews
• Manage budgets, schedules, and operational risks to ensure account profitability and service delivery optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1+ years in a management role
• Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of service delivery, account management, and financial analysis
• Understanding of IT outsourced environments and major service offerings
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to export-controlled technology access
