Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Support Representative III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide order processing and manage account operations for assigned accounts
  • Manage assigned accounts and communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service flow
  • Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal registration for new product deals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field
  • 6+ years of related experience in sales operations, business analysis, or program/project management
  • Experience interfacing with senior level executives, customers, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
