Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Recognition & Incentive Program (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and aligning solutions with their business goals
- Lead the implementation and management of sales incentive and recognition programs, monitoring performance and providing insights
- Champion process improvements and troubleshoot issues related to program delivery and client experience
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in account management, client services, or program management, preferably with large clients
- Experience in employee recognition, sales incentives, or loyalty programs is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Power BI
- Strong project management and organizational skills
