Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Health Plan Partnerships Manager, EAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service rollouts and deliver partner-facing demos and training sessions
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and proactively resolve partner issues
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partner management, client success, or strategic operations, preferably in healthcare or EAP
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with high-touch clients or partners
- Strong operational skills and experience in delivering on SLAs
- Familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
