A company is looking for an Account Manager - Insurance Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of licensed agencies and agents selling health insurance products
- Develop and execute customized engagement strategies to enhance agent production and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth campaigns, training sessions, and process optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or insurance operations, preferably in a B2B distribution model
- Strong understanding of individual health insurance markets, especially under-65
- Experience with health insurance brokers, agencies, or uplines in a production-focused role
- Familiarity with enrollment platforms such as E123 or HealthSherpa
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
