Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies for customer success
- Guide resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Relativity Certified Administrator certification required
- 5+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms
- Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
- ITIL Certification preferred
