Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customers in achieving their goals with technical oversight of the Relativity platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans and strategies for customer success
  • Guide resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Relativity Certified Administrator certification required
  • 5+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
  • Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms
  • Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
  • ITIL Certification preferred
