Key Responsibilities
- Manage work order processes and service partner follow-up for large clients
- Coordinate maintenance repair work orders, including dispatching and scheduling
- Conduct weekly client calls to review project and work order statuses
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Established understanding of work routines and standards
- Intermediate problem-solving skills with the ability to select solutions independently
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and general math skills
