Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer relationships and lead internal support teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams to understand and meet customer requirements, coordinating activities as needed
- Serve as the primary contact for program support, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant business experience
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, or biopharma is a plus
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in account management or leadership is preferred
