Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to assist clients with tax reporting and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and perform client services, including data mapping and loading into software
  • Prepare custom and standard reports, and handle IRS and state electronic file transmissions
  • Maintain client relationships and collaborate with teams for training and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting with 2+ years of experience
  • CPA or other accounting/financial designations preferred
  • Intermediate to expert level experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Computer certifications or skills preferred
  • Experience in the 1099 and Information return industry preferred
