RCM Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Account Manager who will focus on client success and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain system parameters for timely claims submission and payment maximization
• Manage client accounts receivable and provide strategic solutions to reduce aging
• Direct the AR team in follow-up actions for unpaid claims and resolve patient escalations

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate minimum; BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare account management, customer service, or revenue cycle operations
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and payer systems, including commercial payers and Medicare
• Experience with EPIC systems is desirable
