Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at payor and provider organizations
• Support onboarding and training to ensure clients are set up for success
• Monitor client performance and usage data to identify opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within healthcare payor or health tech environments
• Deep understanding of the healthcare payor landscape, including regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges
• Technical fluency with healthcare platforms and a quick learner of new systems
• Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical field, or related discipline
