Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full consultant experience from onboarding to offboarding, focusing on relationship health and proactive support
- Lead consultants through the engagement lifecycle and ensure smooth coordination of internal and client-specific steps
- Develop strategic partnerships with client stakeholders and support account growth through consistent engagement and delivery excellence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, client success, or consulting delivery roles
- Experience managing strategic accounts and growing business relationships
- High comfort level operating in fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environments
- Experience preparing or supporting Statements of Work (SOWs) and quoting conversations
- Proficient in CRM usage to maintain accurate records and track deals
