Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience designing and scaling account functions, including playbooks and systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies
- Deep understanding of the media, advertising, or tech ecosystem
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
