Account Manager - Mountain West

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Educate customers about products and manage order inquiries
• Liaise with Operations regarding product availability and fulfillment logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university desired
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the event or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
