Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of institutional accounts with comprehensive account plans
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and expand product adoption
- Analyze usage data to assess account health and proactively address potential risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the publishing industry, preferably in academic communications
- Proven success in selling and managing academic research subscriptions
- Ability to assess institutional research and teaching priorities
- Proficiency in business applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
