A company is looking for a Supervisor, Account Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new hires and manage training sessions
- Maintain team knowledge resources and facilitate team meetings
- Monitor team performance and address escalations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or related field
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a large team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in internal tools such as Paylocity and Confluence
- Experience in training and mentoring employees across various levels
