Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients about their renewal plans
- Coordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including Account Management, Finance, and Legal
- Support Account Management by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in a similar renewals-based role
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- SalesLoft experience desired but not required
