Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in evaluating and selecting health insurance plans, providing expert knowledge on benefits and coverage options
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve coverage issues and ensure smooth enrollment experiences
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and guide them through the renewal process
Required Qualifications
- Active broker health insurance license
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles in the healthcare or insurance sectors
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and growth-minded approach with resilience in a dynamic workplace
- Experience managing critical periods such as Open Enrollment
