Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to manage relationships and consulting sales efforts with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain consulting sales quotas and create a sales pipeline
- Facilitate product demonstrations and introduce new product offerings to customers
- Conduct account planning and generate leads through networking and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ERP and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- 2+ years of account management and/or consulting sales experience
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
