A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager I, Service Provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned quotas based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, enhancing customer and partner satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within partner organizations
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles
- Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and ability to work efficiently
