A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at payor and provider organizations
- Support onboarding and training to ensure clients are set up for success
- Monitor client performance and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within healthcare payors
- Deep understanding of the healthcare payor landscape, including regulatory and operational challenges
- Technical fluency with healthcare platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Clinical field, or related discipline is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
