Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio to maximize revenue recovery and monitor performance metrics
- Support clients through system conversions and technology deployments while addressing data mapping issues
- Generate reports and analyses to identify performance indicators and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer management focused on healthcare revenue cycle technology
- 1+ years of experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or Gainsight
