Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator I - Podiatry & Chiropractic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assign incoming faxes, emails, and voicemails for Policy Services
  • Process Claims History requests and provide support for credentialing inquiries
  • Perform basic policy processing and participate in system testing and projects
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of two years in an administrative support role is required
  • Minimum of two years in customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Oasis and/or OnBase is a plus
