Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator I - Podiatry & Chiropractic.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assign incoming faxes, emails, and voicemails for Policy Services
- Process Claims History requests and provide support for credentialing inquiries
- Perform basic policy processing and participate in system testing and projects
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of two years in an administrative support role is required
- Minimum of two years in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oasis and/or OnBase is a plus
