Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client transactions including endorsements, renewals, new policies, rewrites, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate documentation of client files and update databases to reflect current policy coverage
• Respond to Account Managers' requests and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, preferably in an agency or brokerage setting
• High School Graduate; college degree preferred but not required
• Proficient in using multiple software applications and internet-based programs
• Knowledge of Personal Risk carrier systems processing
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently
