Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client transactions including endorsements, renewals, new policies, rewrites, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate documentation of client files and update databases to reflect current policy coverage
- Respond to Account Managers' requests and assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, preferably in an agency or brokerage setting
- High School Graduate; college degree preferred but not required
- Proficient in using multiple software applications and internet-based programs
- Knowledge of Personal Risk carrier systems processing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently
