Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with client stakeholders and align with senior leadership to turn client priorities into actionable plans
- Oversee and track key client initiatives, ensuring execution through detailed planning, monitoring progress, and reporting performance
- Analyze service delivery data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in back-end patient financial services
- Proven ability to support or manage client relationships in a matrixed or outsourced environment
- Solid project management skills with a strong analytical mindset
- Working understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles and ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR platforms is preferred
