Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions demonstrating how the platform can address client business challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Maintain a library of best practices and contribute to internal certification training for associates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Knowledge and use of Spectra and/or SSI tools
- Experience in a client service environment with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships
- Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in complex situations
- Retail or manufacturing background experience preferred
