A company is looking for a Director, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies to optimize quality, pricing, and delivery performance
- Manage P&L for strategic accounts and maintain relationships with customers at executive levels
- Oversee contract renewals, customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of client programs to meet key KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of sales/account management experience
- Experience with healthcare OEMs is a plus
- Expert knowledge of operations and customer relationship management
- Understanding of the strategic impact of account management across multiple sites
