Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a growing SMB account management/customer success team
- Manage high-volume SMB accounts focusing on renewals, upsells, and account health
- Partner with Revenue Operations to design and implement customer engagement tools
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- 2+ years of experience managing teams
- Expertise in Salesforce for customer engagement and retention
- Experience developing scalable customer success and renewal programs
- Strong project management skills in SaaS or recurring revenue business models
