Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Ad Ops to develop campaign strategies and media plans that meet advertiser KPIs
- Serve as the main post-sale contact for clients, overseeing communication, asset implementation, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign performance, lead optimization efforts, and present final wrap reports with actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media, preferably in account management or customer success
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and campaign execution
- Experience in programmatic advertising and familiarity with DSPs and campaign execution
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with social analytics platforms and project management tools is a plus
