Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationship development as the primary client-facing strategic partner
- Own and drive the account's Strategic Account Plan, aligning client goals with company value
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring client health and facilitating communication of value
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in client success or account management in employee benefits and healthcare
- Professional experience in a consulting firm, carrier/TPA, or digital health partner
- Foundational knowledge of self-insured medical, Rx, dental, and vision plans
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support client strategy
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
