Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues
  • Manage and retain existing business accounts while achieving performance standards
  • Process customer requests, prepare renewals, and assist in generating new business
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines department at an agency or company level preferred
  • CT Property & Casualty Producer License required
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a professional telephone demeanor
