A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues
- Manage and retain existing business accounts while achieving performance standards
- Process customer requests, prepare renewals, and assist in generating new business
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines department at an agency or company level preferred
- CT Property & Casualty Producer License required
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a professional telephone demeanor
