A company is looking for a Service Suite Account Manager to serve as the primary business liaison for assigned dealership Fixed ops departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service managers and dealership leadership
- Implement and monitor MPI tools and workflows while analyzing inspection data for trends and revenue opportunities
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to onboard new clients
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive fixed operations or related account management role
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and service marketing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding account performance goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and dealership management systems
- Experience in consulting or business development within the automotive sector is preferred
