Client Insights Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Insights Lead to develop and maintain long-term client relationships while advocating for client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior key contact for small to mid-sized client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client deliverables and collaborate with sales teams for upselling
• Maintain strong industry knowledge and establish productive relationships with clients, both in-person and virtually

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Client Success experience in a client-facing role within analytics or digital media
• Experience in providing data insights and client-focused consultation
• Ability to mentor and train junior team members
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision
