Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for client communication and business relationship development in the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with leads
- Educate clients about products and services, manage order inquiries, and ensure a satisfactory customer experience
- Liaise with Operations/Production regarding product availability and manage customer data and payment processing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university desired
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the event or hospitality industry in relevant functions
- Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
