- Lead and manage the Client Success team for Track/XC and Wrestling, ensuring high-quality service
- Oversee seasonal workflows including registration setup, live results integration, and partner communications
- Establish performance standards and drive accountability across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Operational Management roles
- Strong working knowledge of Track & Field, Cross Country, or Wrestling
- Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching or managing teams
- Experience with event-driven work environments is a plus
