Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Associate Account Manager to support the Account Management team in managing restaurant group portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account managers in maintaining high-level relationships with clients
• Educate restaurants on industry trends and provide customized product presentations
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by following up and addressing client needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in account management or a related field
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
• Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions is a plus
• University degree preferred
