Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for integrated offerings, APIs, and webhooks
- Guide partners through new integration builds, ensuring seamless onboarding onto the platform
- Collaborate closely with merchants and integration partners, providing technical support throughout the integration process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience translating technical concepts into business solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks
- Hands-on working experience with SQL for troubleshooting
- Proven experience in project and/or program management, including sprint planning
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile development environments
