Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Operations Specialist for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with fitness center leaders and staff through various communication methods
- Support new contract implementations and contract renewal discussions, ensuring service delivery meets partner needs
- Resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery and provide business consultation to participating locations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of experience in vendor management, provider networks, customer service, or client services
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and experience with older adults is a plus
