Job Summary
A company is looking for an Omni Channel Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Oversee the setup, launch, and optimization of programmatic campaigns, monitoring performance against client KPIs
- Prepare and present performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews, analyzing data for online-to-offline attribution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services
- Experience managing digital campaigns and traditional mail campaigns
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and core mail processes
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in cross-channel reporting
